Marc Schrieks
As a member of the Board of the Boys & Girls Club of Lodi for the past 11 years, Marc has served the Club tirelessly. He is currently on his second term as President, having held the office initially from 2001-2003. As the volunteer leader of the Club, Marc works hard to raise funds and work in partnership with the Chief Professional Office, Mike Nardino in implementing a vision for the organization which includes financial stability, strong programming and membership growth.
The recipient of the 2001 Man of the Year Award and the 2002 Community Service Award, Marc has served on the Bingo, Building/Grounds Committees and also served as Vice President and Treasurer. This past year Marc chaired the Clubs first Golf Outing, which raised more than $18,000.
Marc is also a member of the Lodi Moose Lodge where he served as Governor from 2000-2003. He is on the St. Joseph?s Paris Council, the Democratic Municipal Chair in Lodi, is a two term Councilman and the Chief of Staff for Senator Coniglio
A member of the New Jersey Area Council Executive Committee, Marc has served as Vice Chairman for the past two years and currently chairs the Organization and Management Committee. It is this committee that is responsible for planning the Annual Board Conference, keeping current bylaws and putting forth the slate of officers every two years. His leadership has been instrumental in the success of the Area Council and we are grateful for his participation and commitment.
Marc is a 1992 graduate of Seton Hall University with a degree in Marketing and a resident of Lodi . |
